Zoom Meeting Consent
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the ways we can gather together, and therefore Toronto Awakenings Sharing Group (TASG) has decided to start offering online gatherings to temporarily replace our physical meetings. We want to continue to build our community and connect in a supportive manner during this time of physical distancing, and plan to use Zoom video and audio technology for our next few meetings.
We will do our best to make our TASG Zoom meetings private and secure, by using a password as well as the “waiting room” prior to admitting participants to our sessions. We will also require that all participants turn ON their video camera so we reduce the chances of having unexpected interruptions. However, no video or audio tools are ever completely secure. Despite these efforts, there is a risk that your information may be intercepted or disclosed to third parties when using any video or audio communications tools.
Only registered guests will be granted access to the TASG Zoom meeting, and all guests must indicate agreement with the acknowledgement below.
I acknowledge that I have read the terms above and I accept any and all risks having to do with my participation in TASG online or in-person meetings. I accept full responsibility and entirely release TASG and its volunteers from any and all liability. I consent and agree to the conditions as outlined above.
